• Commissioning, operation and maintenance of SOLAR make Gas turbine Generator and compressors.( Saturn, Centaur, Taurus, Mars 100 )

• Maintenance planning as per RCM techniques, calibration and inspection of various equipments, planning and adhering preventive maintenance schedule.

• Preparation of Equipment Maintenance schedules and Inventory control through computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo/SAP). Fixed maintenance spares inventory and optimized stocking levels by regular review of ordering and availability.

• Assign the responsibility of a super user for maintaining PM module of SAP.

• Supervising the operations team offshore to commission all equipment related to offshore environment. Handling different contract crew and overall responsible for their safety at the platform.


• Asset Integrity and attaining high HSSE standards for rotating equipment including gas generators, gas turbine driven process gas compressors, pedestal cranes, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, multi-stage centrifugal and reciprocating pumps.

• Daily resource(manpower & material) planning and allocation of jobs

• Chairing BBS (Behavior Based Safety) group. BBS is a new initiative taken by BG for inculcating state of the art safety culture in the work force.


• Preparation of Standard operating procedure (SOP) and Task risk assessment (TRA) for all schedule and critical jobs.

• Coordination with operation to optimize the system performance by doing necessary modification through CRS (Change Request System), in the existing system to enhanced the production and maintenance in better and safer way.

• Compliance with offshore safety standards, LOTO (lock out tag out) and PTW (Permit to work system) systems.

• Part of Emergency Response Team in the offshore platform.

• Familiar with wellhead operations like well testing, loading and unloading as a part of cross functional training program.

 TURBINES:
Involved in commissioning of SOLAR gas driven TURBINES TAURUS – 60 and SATURN-20, which are used for power generation, MARS - 100 that drive the 3stage Solar rotary gas compressor and CENTAUR-50 for single stage booster compressor. Familiar with the control system of the turbines ‘TURBOTRONIC’ system, which uses the Allen Bradley PLC5 series including Bentley Nevada vibration monitoring system

 PLC:

• OMNI 3000/6000, used for metering of oil and natural gas and its software OMNICOM and OMNIVIEW.
• DANIEL flow computer Model 2500, used for calculating quantities of oil, water, and gas during well testing.
