Set-up employees and machine for production to match with the goal of Company (New Service Center for Artificial lift repair and testing in Java Sea). Planning and control of production, quality of employees and product. Assist the Service Center Manager in Development program for employees about Skill, Knowledge and Safety awareness. Handle remanufacturing process and engineering process.
