2.Technical paper publications in SPE/IADC/other conferences.
Personnel:
1.Coach the geomarket Drilling Engineering Centers, sales, operations managers where needed.
2.Help to mentor all Drilling Engineers where required

Job Description
-Perform an engineering interface with the client.
-Responsible for effective design and implementation of well plans.
-Perform such engineering duties as required to provide directional drilling operations and clients with drilling plans, conceptual design, detail design and work programs for prospective oil and gas wells.
-Involve with the conceptual design and planning for conventional and complex Wells (ERD, HP/HT, Multilaterals) and also participate in tender responses.
-Follow execution of Drilling process and programs, providing real time decision support to the drilling team and evaluates drilling performance.

Responsibilities
Business:
- Prepare and produce single and multi-well designs and plans.
- Ensure that all well plans are fit for purpose and provide the most cost effective solution to meet the drilling target considerations.
- Develop a technical proposal for each well.
- Coordinate, supervise, and encourage commitment to quality from employees and sub-contractors working on the project.
- Liaise and ensures the follow-up with cross disciplines to provide continuity of contracted services.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to various projects as required.
- Participate in pre-drilling/conceptual design/post well meetings to optimize well path design and make recommendations for improvement on future wells.
- Identify areas where new and cost effective techniques can be applied.
- Introduce new techniques/systems/services, etc.
- Measure all aspects of drilling performance and maintains database to capture lessons learned.
- Interpret all available data and observations to determine state of the well and its compliance to plan.
- Provides real-time monitoring and decision support to the drilling team with the aim of performance enhancement and continual improvement.
- Act as investigation leader for all drilling problems encountered with a view to providing cost effective solutions.
