AREAS OF SKILL
•Preparation of GA, Detailed fabrication drawings with BOM for Heat Exchanger, Storage Tanks, Reactors, Columns etc.
•Involved in checking Vendor’s Tanks, Vessels, and Exchangers fabrication drawings.
Involved in interaction with other department i.e. Piping, Civil, Instrumentation, Process & Electrical for drawing checking purpose.

•Involved in checking of vendor fabrication detail drawings of 57 Mt. LPG Storage Tank at MTF area.
•Involved in checking of vendor fabrication detail drawings for APH ducting for HMU-3 unit.
•Involved in checking of vendor drawing of internal floating roof 92 Mt. x 20 Mt. Ht. Crude Tank at MTF area.
•Involved in checking of vendor drawing for HVAC system for Substation as per Building layout.

Preparation of drgs in Microstation SE for various process units such as CRUDE, SWS etc. Brief nature of the jobs undertaken is

•Fabrication Detail Drawing based on Mech. Data Sheets of Vessels, Storage Tanks, Column,
Heat Exchangers, Modification drawings with index drawing etc.
•At shout down timing – Preparation of Fabrication Detailed Drawing of Suction Hood for FD Fan of Crude-I unit.
•Also doing modification fabrication drawing work (Motor base frame) with site visit.
•HVAC - Ducting layout Vendor drawing checking.

a) 1988 – 1990 : Certificate Course in Mechanical Draftsmen from Industrial Technical Institute DABHOI.

Working knowledge of MS OFFICE – 97, AutoCAD r-14 & AutoCAD-2000, AutoCAD -2005 & AutoCAD -2006, MICROSTATION.
