• Worked with Multi- National companies Like,BHP,ABB,ENI-AGIP,SPGC,SONATRACH, PETROFAC INTERNATIONAL LTD, HYUNDAI ENGINEERING&CONSTRUCTION CO LTD in ALGERIA & IRAN & OMAN
• Start up, Running & Shutdown of Rotary Equipments viz. Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors, HP & LP Steam Turbines, Gas Generators, Expanders, Incinerators, All types of Pumps.
• Handled emergencies like Fire, Power failure, equipment failure, plant upset, etc
• Start up, Running & Shutdown of Static Equipments viz., Fired Heaters, boilers, Distillation, Vacuum, Stabilizer, Stripper Columns, Reactors, and Regenerators.
• Have good Knowledge on First Aid, Safety Equipments, safety procedures, & fire fighting ,
• Assigning jobs to Operators & Supervising them in critical operation of the Plant in Safe & Secure Manner.
• Planning, Scheduling & Preparation, Isolation procedure for Major Shutdown Jobs.
• Well Experienced in Handling Plant trip / Accident investigation & Reporting.
• Well Experienced in assessing Plant Operating conditions & issuing Hot, Cold & Work entry permits for Maintenance team.
• Liaison with Maintenance Dept & carrying out the Break Down jobs with Minimum upset to the production.
• Training the Operators, in safe operation of new plants & Machinery.
