- Responsibilities :
„« Searching for a new mining sites for a raw materials by using distribution material map.
„« Detecting sites by using (GPRS).
„« Plot the contour map after taking points of land surveyor.
„« Take the points by using net system to dig a holes.
„« Collect a column samples of each 1m of holes in a wooden boxes.
„« Define the geological description of the hole.
„« Cutting the columns to a given samples by quartering process.
„« Calculating the amount of the site to know if it can be used for quarrying.
„« Preparing the site quarrying by making its roads using clay.
„« Detecting the start point of the site and the quarrying process.
„« Sample collection from sites .
„« Preparation of sample for analysis cement manufacturing .
„« Determination of mechanical properties of cement .
„« Complete chemical analysis using gravimetrical techniques for (Cement, Kaoline, White sand, clinker ,Gypsum and Clay) ).
„« Complete chemical analysis using complex metric techniques for ( limestone, clay and sand ) .
„« Modification of complex metric method for analysis of (Kaoline, white sand and Gypsum) .
„« X ?V Ray production analysis for all element oxides (ARL company apparatus ) .
„« Determination of percentage of sulfur oxide using ( LECO apparatus .
„« Water analysis ( Sulfate , PH , Chloride , carbonate , Bicarbonate and hardness of water ) .
„« Loss on ignition , Chloride percent using Metrhom apparatus and insoluble residue .
„« Quality control room in cement factory to continue the work of oven and mill .
„« Setup of chemical laboratory for analysis of row materials for cement industry and exploration of new sites in South Sinai .
