SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE/DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Execute work in accordance with applicable Project Procedures and Standards.
• Review the project execution schedule developed by the Cost and Planning Department and to develop the detailed schedule for Piping Engineering and/or Design activities if necessary.
• Prepare the PDS Piping Database with assistance from CAD support.
• Participate in model review meeting as project required.
• Review Welding Procedure Specification developed by the contractor.
• Witness and record Welding Qualification Test for Pipe Welder, 6G and Structural Welder.
• Check and monitor materials fit-up dimension of welding fabrication and erection.
• Review Radiographic Test for Welding Qualification Test and Production Welding and approved.
• Review and check NDT such as PT, RT, UT, and Magnetic Particle Test.
• Review and develop minor and major construction project thru the International Engineering
Standards, Codes such as, ASTM, ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ASME V, ASME VIII, API 620,
ASME B31.3, API 570, API 650.
• Conduct line checking of piping and underground fire water line prior for final hydro test.
• Review hydro-test pact and prepare punch list documentation for piping and mechanical
completion for onshore and offshore platforms and structures.





• Check leveling, centering, orientation and alignment of static and rotating equipment, like heat exchanger, silo, low and high steam drum, reciprocating compressor, centrifugal compressor, vertical and horizontal pump and boiler.
• Inspect and review the final shaft alignment, leveling, centering and orientation of pump and motor prior for testing and commissioning.
• Witness final inspection of jacketing and cladding of static equipment such as exchanger, high and low steam drum and pipe spools.
• Ensure that corporate Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) and quality policy is understood and implemented by all supervised staff and project contractors.
• Resolve all relevant technical inquiries from the client prior for the inspection.
