Develop the Project Execution Plans ( Engineering, Document controls ,procurement, Construction and commissioning ) Integrate the EPC phases for in- time and within cost delivery. update the engineering design basis, project plans with the support of the Project Controls. Preparation and interface with RFQ, PEFS, Layout etc. Involve in HAZOP , HAZID Study. , Engineering model 30%, 60% and 90% study and involvement to incorporate .Identify the resources (people, material, tools and equipments) needed for the execution of the project.Ensure Implementation of Processes like Constructability study, Value Engineering, Risk Management in a structured manner at regular intervals. supervision of construction activities with the site personnel. HSE&QM, Asset Management, Supply Chain, etc.Regularly monitor and communicate to the SBU Head ,the performance (costs, revenues, payments, cash flows, KPIs, etc.) & status of the project. Negotiating the Change order with Client.Regularly monitor the adherence to the contractual clausesEnsure that safety regulations, quality standards and relative procedures and practices are met.Review and approve the monthly Activity Schedules (as prepared by the Project Controls ).Communicate/ discuss the updated resource requirement plan with the relevant resource departments on a periodic basis.Participate in client coordination and review meetings.
Identify reason for quantity variance, discuss the reason with the concerned department and forward the information as part of the monthly MIS.Present Monthly Project Report to the SBU Head.Ensure invoice as per agreed schedule with the client.Obtain Project Completion Certificate from Client after submitting documents to support project completion as per Contract.Prepare the Project Closeout Report & present to the SBU & OD Head.Proven Track record of executing Hydrocarbon Projects in GCC countries of values ranging from $400 M USD to $900 M USD as a Project Execution Single Point Responsibility.

EOR Project Reporting to Director Projects. The scope is EPC of producing 60,000 bpd at QARN ALAM oil & gas FACILITY by Steam Injection which consists of OIL & GAS system , HRSG Steam production ,Water Treatment facility and the related civil, mechanical, piping and E&I, pre-commissioning, commissioning & trial run. The value of the project is approx 1b us $.
Job Profile: Project Engineering Coordination for Design and construction. Project control function including planning, resource scheduling, costing, contracting & sub contracting, materials, equipment maintenance etc. Manage and Coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure the project is executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner. • Responsibility for the execution of all assigned engineering and modification activities associated with the project. • To manage, direct and supervise all direct project functions, thus ensuring cost effective and efficient achievement of all works. • Review and approval of project estimates to achieve given scope of work. Overall supervision of individual projects through the designated project engineering , procurement and construction team. • Motivate, manage and develop the projects EPC personnel resources assigned to their responsibility. • Ensure the Project Team obtains the necessary resources to perform their project objectives. • Assurance system relevant to the Shell/PDO guide lines •
