Basic & Detail engineering activities including preparation of Material Requisitions, Evaluation of offers , Technical Questionnaire, Technical Bid Analysis, Purchase Requisitions for Latest Foundation Fieldbus control systems/ Distributed control systems, Segment Design, Various Field bus instruments , Programmable Logic Controllers for ESD & Fire and Gas Detection /Protection System, Shutdown panels , Well head control Panels, SCADA, RTUs, Meter Provers, Radar level Transmitters, Servo Level Transmitters, Ultrasonic level Transmitters ,Various types of Analyzers, Gas Chromatographs, Control valves, Pressure relief valves, Mass flow meters, Turbine metering system for custody transfer Desuperheaters, CCTV, HVAC, All types of Field instruments , Local Panel instruments ,Cables, Junction Boxes, etc., modification of cause and effect diagram, vendor drawing reviews , system drawings review of various Instrumentation and control systems , Participate in FAT & SAT for DCS, PLC , Tank gauging system, site co ordination and supervision , installation and commissioning , calibration , repair and testing etc
