- Joined Sirte Oil Company, Marsa El Brega, Libya in 1983 and serving till date at
various positions mentioned below in Manufacturing Department.

Sirte Oil Company, Libya is a huge complex comprising of Oil & Gas exploration, Gas plant / Refinery. Apart from that Company has Methanol Plants, Ammonia Plants, Urea Plants, Power generation Plant & Desalination plant, Utilities & Tank farm facilities.

NATURE OF JOB EXPERIENCE :
Independent Charge as shift supervisor. Responsible for Safe & Smooth operation.of the plant. Working experience with High speed machines like Turbine / compressor, Reciprocating & Centrifugal pumps. High pressure Boilers, Distillation and other plant equipments like heat exchangers, condensers, reactors, scrubbers etc. of Petroleum Industry.

Nature of job involves solving the plant problems, Specific consumption review, Coordination with maintenance & other plants. Planning for maintenance activities, Preventive Maintenance planning, Shut down planning & Turnaround planning.
Training of plant staff, Safety & House keeping aspects. Environmental Monitoring.
