Contract Administration - Preparation of Request for Proposal documents including: bidder qualification, bid package preparation, proposal evaluations, award recommendations, and post-award administration of contracts.
Project Controls Supervision - Prime Contract interpretation and implementation, cost engineering, construction scheduling, and document control.
Cost Engineering – Development of cost account structures, indirect and direct budget allocations, revised budget determination, craft progress reports, change orders, productivity analysis, and cost projections.
CPM Scheduling - Development of logic, durations, and resources using Primavera/FinestHour software.
Estimating - Material takeoffs for civil, concrete, structural steel, piping, painting, and insulation disciplines for lump sum, unit price, and cost plus proposals.

My 12 years of international Contract Management experience include: major refinery expansion projects in Algeria and Venezuela; a 3-year assignment in Singapore on an offshore gas platform project; a pipe line project in Bolivia; and going on two years on infrastructure projects for the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. My experience in these diverse environments has allowed me to appreciate different cultures and to hone my ability to communicate ideas that are essential to the safe, efficient, and successful execution of construction projects.
My 17 years of Project Controls experience was on grass-roots, facility expansion, and turn-around projects on petrochemical, refinery, and paper mill facilities across the southeastern United States.
It is my belief that teamwork and effective communication are essential ingredients to the success of most endeavors.
