• Supervises and monitors the operations of the production plants in the field to ensure safe and efficient operation and ensure that the company's Oil/Gas production and water injection targets are met in the terms of quality and quantity.

• Shutdown/Start-Up coordinator of October, Ramadan-6 and July-10.
• Involved in set up of production data reporting and database E-C&BO programs.

• Involved in establishment of water flood system (ESP water producers) at manned platform.
• Involved in start up of new 2 unmanned platforms
• Involved in many plant shutdowns for Flare Repairs, Change Out Leaking valves, production facilities repair, Fuel system modification….
• Involved in many new pipelines projects& pipelines repair

• Control of work and Ensuring compliance of operations for the safe and efficient production of oil and gas and Maintenance operations field requirements, safe practices and procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety codes and operating procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring that all personnel working with or on operating plant do so in a safe manner (60-person offshore and 5 person onshore working for production operations on each shift).
• Responsible for the activities of all personnel engage in Diving, wellheads, pipelines, Oil and Gas production Processing, Export operations and Maintenance.
• Participate in and promote the concepts and techniques of risk minimization, such as hazard and risk analyses. These reduce to as low as reasonably practicable, the risks to personnel, the environment and the Company's assets. (HAZOP) & (HAZID)
• Defining priorities and deciding on simultaneous activities and Ensuring proper coordination and safe management of simultaneous activities by SIMPOS
• Ensures adherence to Environment Management System ISO-14001 and with regard to hazardous / domestic wastes segregation and handling procedure.
• Ensuring that safety meetings, toolbox meetings and necessary safety and evacuation/life-saving drills are properly carried out, and conducting monthly HSE meetings,
• Ensuring that incidents and anomalies are properly reported and that pertinent remedial actions are identified and properly implemented
