Professional Objective : To pursue a responsible role as Piping Design Engineer / Piping Material Specification Engineer.

Experience Summary : Having about 7 years of design office experience in piping. I have good exposure to design office practice, Codes & Standards relevant to onshore and offshore projects for detail engineering of Oil & Gas, Power plants & Chemical industries. I have very good knowledge of materials used in Oil & Gas & Refinery projects. I got good experience in preparation of piping and valve material specifications as per the project requirement. I have very good knowledge in Procurement of valves and piping specialty items which consist of preparation of RFQ?¦s, datasheets, Vendor offer review, Technical queries, technical discussion with vendors, technical bid analysis, selection of technically suitable vendor, Preparation of Purchase Specification, Vendor drawing review and Approval. I have experience in stress analysis of plant piping and Import & Export pipelines using CAESAR II Version 4.5.
I have hands on experience in preparation and checking of equipment layouts, piping GAD?¦s, piping support GAD's, special support sketches, stress analysis support sketches, nozzle orientation sketches, piping MTO, support MTO, isometric drawings, fabrication isometrics in oil, gas & petrochemical field. I have experience in estimating the project man-hours and bidding of the project.
