Working as a Assistant Manager DCS/PLC
I worked as automation project engineer for the erection and commissioning of the Line-C 3300 tpd .Presently involving in the erection of Line-D 3300tpd. Project responsible for the electrical, instrumentation and control system plant design implementations, for the proper erection and the smooth commissioning .At line-C, responsible for the maintenance, logic modification, trouble shooting, configuration of the distributed control system having SIEMENS Win CC Human Machine Interface HMI, Simatic Manager Version 5.3 Step 7/ 400,300and 200 PLCs.
Responsible for around 100 PLCs of SIEMENS, MITSUBIHI and OMRON families.
Responsible for the Rotary Coal Feeding System provided by PFISTER Germany.
Responsible for Rotary Kiln Shell Scanner provided by RIYATEK Germany
