Position: Dy. Manager – Planning, Duration: 14.07.2008 - Till
Projects: Nitrogen Plant Extension in RAS Gas, QATAR Gas Shut Down, Dolphin Energy Shutdown.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Guiding Planning Engineer to Prepare-1.Construction Project Plan in Primavera for all Disciplines including Procurement, 2. “S” Curves for Construction & Procurement in Excel, 3.Measurement Sheets for Construction & Procurement in Excel. 4. Tracking & Updating of Schedules by Week. 5. Weekly Reports-Progress %ages for Construction & Procurement, 3Weeks Look Ahead, Updated “S” Curves, Measurement Sheets. 6. Monitoring the Project & alarming to Construction & Project Managers, Construction Crews for the slippages. 7. Preparing the recovery plans.
B. Attending Client & Internal Meetings.
