Human Resources Generalist - Oil & Gas Operations

To gain employement in a generalist HR role, in the Middle East, remaining in the field of Oil & Gas.

I am nearing completion of a major international sourcing campaign for Woodside’s Karratha Gas Plant, in which we have just travelled to South Africa, the Middle East (Dubai, Doha and Abu Dhabi) and Asia recruiting Operations Technicians. I am currently based at Karratha Gas Plant until conclusion of this campaign in July 2006. Prior to this I have worked in Operations in the Woodside Headquarters, Perth Western Australia.

Before this I gained experience in a Generalist HR Role at Clough Engineering Limited, here I worked with the Director of HR on Sucession Planning and implemented the Clough Graduate Program for 2005.

I also have experience in recruitment for the Engineering and Oil and Gas industry.

Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia, majorin in Human Resource Management, Management and Marketing.

I am a current employee of Woodside Energy in Australia and am seeking employment in the Middle East in the field of HR.
