Sr. Accountant/Fianacial Analyst

To obtain a management position which provides more opportunities for advancement to a top, decision making position in the organization

• Working as an Accountant, since March 2004, reporting to Manager -Finance and Accounts – Kuwait.
• Handling Trade Finance i.e. LC, BG, GIT, Keep track of Credit facility with Bank, Client etc. And Analysis the same.
• Handling suppliers towards their payment, settlement and reconciliation.
• Analysis of supplier account, Supplier under Reconciliation, Re allocation of cost, Cost Analysis etc.
• Handling Inter Branch reconciliation, Analysis Project profitability etc.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets & forecasts, Reconciliation of real and nominal accounts.
• To provide reports and financial analysis to the management, creditors, Customers, and any other external users.
• Cost analysis & control, Review & analysis of budgetary system,
• All Logistics related documentations, Liaise with suppliers for on time supplies, Responsible for customer service, Process improvements,
• To handle documentations and other requirements for re-export sales & tenders,
• To personally monitor receivable turnover in coordination with the Accounting Supervisor and report the same to the management,

• Overall in charge towards Annual Maintenance Contact, Spares, Repairs and Installation. MIS relating to Sales, Stock and Cash Flow. Area wise & Division wise sales forecasting and Cost Analysis related to that.

. Ageing Analysis & follow up for collection of debts. Scrutiny of Dealers A/c's on monthly basis.
• Preparation of AMC Pay out STT with dealers wise, Issue of Credit note, Balance Confirmation of all Dealers on monthly basis.
• Attend to the routine Audit both internal & external towards Sales Invoice, Receipts, Stock, Purchase etc. Shorted out the problems through proper clarification.

• Finalization of Accounts from Audit point of view including day-to-day Accounting functions.
• Preparing Projected Budget, Co ordinate with Bank, NBFC, FI etc towards Short Term Loan.
• Co-ordination of entire recruitment process & also participating in the interview process on Junior levels.

• Keeping proper track of company’s all assets like vehicles, furniture, equipments, building etc, Travel arrangements, Brochure preparation etc Execution and renewal of various contracts, AMC.

• Preparation of regular and specific report for management as and when required.

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM Honours-3 years full time degree course)
• Diploma in Accounting Software Tally 5.4
• Diploma in Computer Applications
