I am an Senior HSE Engineer with 26 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Protection related to the oil and gas industry. I am fully conversant with the up-to-date international standards and codes of practice.

• DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, MONITOR HSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
Establish policy, procedure standards in line with the international standards, industrial practices, especially E&P guidelines etc. Implemented the system through meeting, training, demonstration, drill, etc. Monitor by inspection, site visits, audits, review etc. and measure the performance using HSEMS KPIs, Statistics, Near miss reports etc. and advised measures for continual improvement.
• Risk Management:
Risk assessment study for project, activity, task or event using HAZOP Techniques, Job Safety Analysis, Prioritise risk using Risk Potential Matrix, suggest cost effective methods. Member of team responsible for HAZOP study for Four New Onshore rigs.
• Accident reporting, Investigation review
Perform the accident / incident investigation, review, analysis causes using PHA Deductive techniques (Fault Tree Analysis, SCAT, Loss Causation Model, Tripod Beta Method etc). Maintain database to analyse trends, predict probabilities and advise corrective measures
• HSE AUDITING
Internal & External Auditor, perform HSE auditing in line with the established HSE management system. This is also includes System Audit, Project Audit, Activity Audit, equipment etc.
• CRISIS MANAGEMENT PLANNING & DRILLS
Developed procedures, plan and set up crisis response & business recovery plans, perform, response drills, table top exercises etc. and recommend improvements
• HSE REQUIREMENTS IN CONTRACT:
Specify the HSE requirements during tendering process, evaluation of the contract documents and contractor, monitor performance during the project execution, maintain records of contractor’s performance for future evaluation of the contracts.
• Multilingual: English, French and Arabic.
• Conversant with MS Office 2000 (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
