My job duties are as following: 1.manage maintenance programs 2.supervise the commissioning & start up of equipments 3.prepare spare parts drawings for spare parts fabrication in internal or external workshops and also review & check for accuracy

I've experience in:
1.Pumps[API designed] maintenance with its different types centrifugal, high speed centrifugal, positive displacement either reciprocating (such as piston or plunger), steam drive or rotary (such as screw, gear, vane & lobe pumps)
2.Accessories of pumps as mechanical seals (API 610, API 682 design & others), sealing packing, bearings (either antifriction roller or journal) & pulsation damper vessels
3.Rotary Scraped Surface Crystallizers
4.Rotating drum dewaxing filters
5.Power transition equipments (Gear boxes, Belts, Couplings, Speed variators either mechanical or hydraulic drives & chain drives)
6.Water Treatment Plants Equipments either filtering or biological plants (such as Aerators, Mixers, Agitators, Scraping DAF & Clarifiers)
7.Also have experience in rotary equipment office work & dealing with standards (API, ISO & DIN)

1-Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Faculty of Engineering(Alexandria university), July 2003, Grade Very Good 76.5 % (finished)
2-Master of science in vibration analysis techniques (in process)

During my work in APRC I had effective skill improvement courses in:
1.Vibration analysis basics for rotary equipments [certified by Enppi].
2.Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, compressors & rotating equipments [certified by Enppi]
3.Shaft to shaft alignment course [certified by Northern Alberta Institute of Technology & Egyptian Petroleum Institute (EPI)].
4.Internal Audits on environmental & safety management systems (OHSAS 18001) [certified by Petrosafe]
