Project Management:
•Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure timely execution of projects.
•Conducting regular Project review meetings for evaluating project progress & taking adequate corrective actions if required.
•Planning programme of works in conjunction with Engineering and Production departments.
•Interpretation of Design drawings and Specifications for preparation of Shop drawings.
•Materials take off.
•Co-ordination of Site installation works.
•Management of Contract Variations.
•Client billing.

Tendering:

•Receipt & examination of tender documents. .
•Reviewing the Conditions of Contract with specific importance to the type of Contract, Period of completion, Payment terms etc.
•Study of Specifications, Tender Drawings & Bill of Quantities, clarification of queries and preparing detail breakdowns to ensure competitive pricing.
•Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate conditions and operational aspects of structural steel works.

Installation & Commissioning:

•Supervise collection of field survey data and site measurements.
•Preparation of method statements and task specific risk assessments for site installation activities.
•Installation of structural steel works.

Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology -2002, Manipal, India

Can read and write Arabic up to 1st grade
UAE driving license valid up to 16th August 2014.
Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
President Scout-1996.
