Professional Experience

* June 2002 – until now at EgyNet (Egyptian Company for Networks) as HR Specialist.
. Responsible for all recruitment activities starting from collecting Requests of Hire from line managers according to recruitment plan, screening applicants, conducting interviews, till submitting offer letter to new hire.
. Responsible for applying an orientation program for the newly hired.
. Participated in employment fairs and contracted different sources for recruitment.
. Collect training needs from the heads of departments.
. Develop training plan according to training needs and approve the training budget.
. Conduct training sessions according to the training plan.
. Follow-up the implementation of training plan.
. Update HR Database monthly.
. Prepare monthly reports with all HR activities that occur during the month to be introduced in the monthly Managers meeting.
. Handle employee leaves and adjust vacations balance for the company employees.
. Keeping the company Organization Chart updated.
. Follow-up the medical scheme of the employees.
. Handle the end of service procedures for the resigned employees.
. Respond to employees’ inquiry on any HR matters.
. Issue employees letters (To whom it may concern, Bank Letters, Embassy Letters,…)
. Provide direct support to HR Director in any of the HR functions or any assigned projects.

* March 2000 – May 2002 at FedEx (Federal Express) as Administrative Assistant for Senior Customer Services Manager.
. Handle all correspondence between the company and the customers.
. Control all In and Out faxes.
. Responsible for filling system.
. Control customers’ database.
. Record minutes of meeting.
. Organize manager’s agenda.
. Control Attendance, Vacations and Over Time for the Customer Services Department Team.
