Responsibilities
• Organizing, planning, and Prioritizing Work by developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work and the team work.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates and providing them with information in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Making Decisions and Solving Problems by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships; to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
• Developing Objectives and Strategies and establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Direct and manage a team of salesmen in order to achieve company goals and targets.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Plan and direct for customers visits of the salesmen staff.
• Preparing company portfolio and brochures.
• Beside the following duties:
• Design, Engineering & Pricing Of Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm System based on customer requirements using the world standard regulations.
• Design, Engineering & Pricing Of Sprinkler & foam Fire Fighting System based on customer requirements using the world standard regulations.
• Design, Engineering & Pricing Of FM200 & CO2 Fire Fighting System based on customer requirements using the world standard regulations.
• Design, Engineering & Pricing Of Gas Systems.
• Design, Engineering & Pricing Of Computer & Data Centers, containing the following:
1.Load Calculations
2.UPSupply Systems
3.Diesel Power Generators
4.Environmental Precision Control Air Conditioning Systems
5.Fire Alarm & Fighting Systems
6.Raised Floor System
7.Access Control System
• Conducting Site surveys for different projects to accurately estimate the work aspects and correctly estimate the requirements.
• Outfit specifications, studying offers, preparing submittals and tenders.
