Manage the instrument Maintenance Group Budget and Capital allocated expenditures.
• Implement an instrument Equipment Preventive, Predictive, Corrective and inspection Maintenance Programs/Plan.
• Implement the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support all instrument maintenance activities and internal customer requirements.
• Implement Root Cause Analysis tools for reliability incidents investigation in conjunction with Technical Department personnel.
• Manage an effective, dedicated Technical Training Program for the instrument Maintenance staff
• Develop and execute shutdowns and turnarounds procedures whether programmed or unexpected.
• Ensure that all instrument maintenance personnel including the external subcontractors are well trained in the use of the Personnel Protection Elements (PPE’s) in the different areas of the plant and well trained in the Plant Basic Safety Rules
• Ensure to have a system for reporting/investigation/actions and lesson learned follow-up for all the undesired incidents and accidents
• Ensure to have a dedicated Safety Training Program for all instrument Maintenance employees as well with the external subcontractors to ensure “safe to work” activities in the plant.
• Ensure having in place a dedicated Plant Housekeeping Program to maintain all plant areas tidy and well harmonized with the environment
