A Chemical Engineer professional with nearly 9 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry and have acquired hands on knowledge and practical exposure in offshore oil and gas operation. I am currently associated with BG Group at the Panna-Mukta field Production platform as a Production Engineer.
Domain expertise in Oil and gas upstream processing with proven abilities in enhancing production processes, optimising resource & capacity utilisation, escalating productivity & operational efficiencies.
An effective leader with distinguished abilities in leading & training efforts for running successful process operations & experience of developing SOP for bussiness excellence.
Expertise in managing technically advanced cost-efficient, state of the art Oil Field Equipment, Systems and Processes through DCS. Team player with excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS
?Key member of the Team that executed the Capacity Enhancement of the Process Plant & Liquid recovery project in 2006. The Project entailed Vessel modifications and installation of Process Gas Compressors and achieved Production targets of 45,000 bbl/day.
?I received an excellent team member award in SAP Implementation Project in 2005.
?I have received Spot Recognitions for the outstanding performance in Shutdown and for trouble shooting glycol loss problem in 2010.
?Proposed & Commissioned Zero Flaring Projects in 2011 and awarded employee of the year in 2010.
?Recipient of Awards / Appreciation Letters for excellent performance during Shutdown activities.
?Successful in improving the Dehydration System and Separation System due to internal modifications in various shutdown jobs.
