I have supervisory responsibilities of local safety engineers and the specific construction packages they are assigned to. I report to the Project Safety Manager and represent him when he is absent or unavailable. My duties also include review and issuance of various permits, review of work execution plans, problem resolution, training development and implementation to expatriate employees, training development for Russian employees, attending construction progress and weekly safety meetings.
