Review the requisition and specification for equipment and material to be purchased for project requirement. Preparation of vendor list, planning purchasing schedule, inquiry to vendor, expediting submission of quotation, commercial comparison sheet, clarification/evaluation vendors quotation, placing purchase order, arrangement of payment and prepare budget control sheet.
Responsible for contract development, subcontractor prequalification, proposal preparation, bid evaluation, contract preparation and issued.
Has extensive experience as Cost Estimator and Cost Controller for preparation of cost estimates for proposals, establishing a control budget for project execution, monitoring cost trends, change order estimating and control and forecasting of final costs.
