Responsibility:
„Ï Preparing the EPC Master/Base line schedule including Resources loading, ¡§S¡¨ curves, Bar Charts, Histogram etc. using PRIMAVERA accordance with contractual scope of work and project duration by considering the QA/QC, HSE Standards, KOC & KNPC standards. And monitoring the project.
„Ï Submitting the daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and 3 Weeks look ahead schedules of WBS activities (Work Breakdown Structure) to Client/ Management.
„Ï Frequently Reviews and recommends necessary planning documents and ensures that such documents are regularly updated by Consultants and Sub Contractors.
„Ï Develops and maintains systems and procedures covering the areas of Planning, Scheduling progress measurement.
„Ï Projects execution strategies Reviews and implementation schedules for the projects
„Ï Identifies and reviews regularly the critical and sub-critical activities and their impact on the project schedules.
„Ï Monitors the actual progress from Consultants/ Sub Contractors/ project site and ensure the reports accurately reflect the actual performance and productivity.
„Ï Ensuring adequate QA/QC & Safety is carried on all plans
„Ï Reviews and calculate the Change Request by Consultants/ Sub Contract Trend Notice related to time impact.
