OIL AND GAS WELLSITE SUPERVISION

ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters for the following:
oCoiled Tubing, Nitrogen Gas Lifting, Well Killing, Acid Stimulations, Cementing, Well Bore Cleanout, Fishing, Milling, Pipelines Processing, Pigging, Purging, Hydro-testing, Slick Line Operations (Surface and Sub-Surface Operations). Surface welltest activities and Logging operations.
?Overseeing overall procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.
?Selecting appropriate technologies for development approach as well as implementing policies for the organization entailing restriction on resources.
?Handling the inspection operations as per the requirement & subsequent regularization after usages prove via change of the working instruction; identifying areas of obstruction / defects, conducting troubleshooting, service and repair to rectify the equipments.
?Overseeing installation & commissioning of oil and gas well production systems equipment and controls as well as conducting tests/ inspections and repairs for equipments such as Well Head and Flow Lines Repairs.
?Maintenance of various Static and Rotating Equipment, Swamp Barge Total Package Coiled Tubing Stimulation Barge Supervision, etc. in compliance with operating and practices.
?Identifying scope for modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
?Mentoring & monitoring the performance of engineers to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets; ensuring adherence to HSE and procedures/ HSE rule.
