Professional Experience
I joined Dowell Schlumberger oil service company on Sept. 1991 as a field engineer in cementing. I attended three courses at the Schlumberger UK training center for cementing, advanced cementing and downhole tools. I was doing design, execution and evaluation of cementing operations as well as some stimulation and downhole tools. I was sent to work with the dowell schlumberger branch in Algeria for the period from Sept. 1995 to Dec. 1996 as a technical engineer in cementing doing design and evaluation of cementing operations as well as sales. I attended an advanced cementing module at Montrouge,Frace on 1996. I came back to work in Libya for the period from Jan. 1997 to Feb. 1998 as technical engineer doing design, evaluation of cementing operations as well as a support for the execution of all the critical jobs. I quitted Schlumberger on Feb. 1998 due to some family problems. I joined JOWFE oil service company which is a national service company on Jan. 1999 as a cementing department manager support as this service company was preparing to enter the cementing service to it’s other services. I worked for this company for two years, then their plan was delayed so I quitted on Feb. 2001. I did some private buisness i.e; computer training center in Gailo and glass and mirrors workshop at Gailo village. I join back Schlumberger on July 2004 as Sales, Technical Support Engineer. I spent a period of six months in the cementing and stimulation lab then I started on doing cementing jobs design and evaluation as well as sales and supporting the critical operations and the new technology jobs. I was at the Schlumberger UK training center for the period from March 28th to April 10th 2004 for the cementing refresher course and from Nov. 15th to Dec. 10th 2004 for another Advanced Cementing, Drilling, Logging, Drill Bits and Coiled Tubing course. I also attended a people’s skills course in Egypt for the period from June 19th to June 23rd 2005
