Presently working as an Engineer in Quality Control Department of Chemtrols Engineering Ltd in Analyser System Division from 22.01.2004 to till date
Responsibility:
a) Calibration, Testing and Maintenance of different types of Gas Analyser and Gas Detection System includes
Thermo Electron Corporation – 42C NOX Analyser, 43C SO2 Analyser, 48C CO Analyser,
51C Hydrocarbon Analyser, 41C CO2 Analyser, 17C NH3 Analyser, 55C CH4 Analyser, Dilution Probe, Dilution probe controller.( Experience also includes their recently launched “I” Series above said analyzers.
Sick Maihak AG – 700 Series Analysers (Unor, Multor [NDIR], Thermor[Thermal Conductivity], Oxor [Paramagnetic]& Finor ), Dust Analyzers ( Model FW 300, OMD41[ Laser double beam] ,FW100)
Ametek – WDG IV Flue gas Analyser, Thermox 210 Insitu O2 Analyser(Zirconia) , 3050 OLV Online Moisture Analyser( Quartz Crystal )
Panametrics - Moisture Analysers( MIS1,MIS2,MMS3,MTS5 [Aluminum Oxide]), Flue gas O2 Analyzers (FW300,CGA351[Zirconia ],XMO2(Thermal Paramagnetic), TMO2 and Ultrasonic Flow meters (PT 878/XMT868,GS 868.GF868,GM868).
General Monitors – Toxic and Explosive gas detectors (S4000,IR2000 [IR and Catalytic bead) ] & O2 Deficiency Meters [T420-Electrolytic]
Crowcon ,UK – Gas Detectors (Tx Guard , Flam Guard[ Catalytic Bead])
b)Testing of Sample Handling Systems.[ Includes Field Instruments ,Temperature Transmitters (Fuji- FRC Series ,Yokogawa-YTA Series)Pressure Transmitters (Fuji - FKA ,FKP Series ,Yokogawa-EJA Series ), Different Types of Air operated / Electric operated Valves ) , Sample Gas Coolers ( Buhler , Fuji [Peltier cooler],Pressure Switches ,Temperature Switches etc..]
c)Testing of Analyser Shelter System , Ex-proof & weather proof Electrical panels (PLC Logic/Relay Logic)
d)Testing of HVAC /VAC systems (along with Analyser system shelter Logic)
e)Testing of all inward and outgoing materials.
f)Testing and Calibration of CEMS Systems
g)Preparation of Quality Control Documents.
h)Conducting external inspection.
i)Co-ordination Commissioning activities in sites
j)Testing for Analyser Shelter Logic and Analyser Sample Handling Systems.
k)Member of Standardisation Committee – Preparation of Standard Item List, Specification sheet and Drawings.
l)Coordination for successful completion of FATs .
