„« Drilled the First Two Horizontal Wells in Egypt and Establish the Biggest Gas Production Project in the Western Desert. Performing the Different Optimized Wells Work-over Operations.
1) Prepare the Drilling Operations Well Plan Package Including:
- Expenditures Estimation. - Directional Plan, & Equipment.- Casing / Liner Design. - Cementing Program Design.
- Mud Program Design. - Drill String and BHA Design. - Bit Selection And running. - Hydraulics Design. - Well Head Selection. - Well Test (Production and D.S.T.) Program.
- Single Or Multiple Zone Completion (Oil/Gas Producer, WIW,WSW) String Design and Operation Program. - P & A , T. A PROGRAMS 2) Prepare the Expenditures and Program for the following Work-over Operations:
- Pump (ESP) Installation and Replacement. - Recompletion. (Plug Back, Zonal Isolation with Packer(s), etc.). - Producing Interval Remedial Works and Stimulation. (Reperforation and Adding Perf's, Water Shut-off, Fracturing, etc.). - Well Bore Remedial Works. (Csg. Damage and Leak, Second. Cement Jobs, etc.). 3) Daily Operations Managing and Final Reporting. - Drilling and Completion Equipment Forecasting and Stock Managing. - Updated and Proper Technology Selection for The Operations Cost Optimizing. 4) Drilling and Work-over Rigs Supervision To carry out the execution of all the above jobs on the rigsite 5) Follow-up daily rig operations ( 11 DRLG RIGS AND 8 W.O RIGS), analyze the problems and recommend the proper most economic technical solutions after discussion with service companies.
