Using my natural born communication abilities and reached experiences in company organization and supervision I would like to cooperate in the development of company and develop myself at the same time.

My work that has demanded the knowledge of IT branch has taught me to be self-sufficient in realizing of tasks, quick decision taking, as well as consequent actions and resistance for pressure. Every day contacts with cooperators of company let me to reach experience in commercial negotiation. Very good knowledge of MS Office let me to enrich meetings with interesting presentations. My basic duties were: management over groups of salesmen (ADB and APS) - assigning individual tasks for units and supporting their realization, coaching and motivating employees, organization of logistics, finances analysis, supervision over company standards and procedures. Realizing sales I used to create all sorts of tables, balances and rankings that let me to analyses the activities of our Sales Points and Business Advisers and enabled permanent supervision over quality of services and matching our offers to customers’ needs. The excellent ability of organizing of my duties as well as supervised people duties (about 180 employees), let me to realize the strategy of company development, follow previously set priorities and develop skills of supervised employees. Involvement in development of offered products and integration of all possible (sometimes impossible) solutions, enabling racional organization and use of supplies, let me to say that I have high concentration of achieving results.
