ƒ? Procedures and Quality Control plans required for the project.
ƒ? Assigns, controls and monitors Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff including QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Surveyors for carrying out field Quality Control activities. Also plans and advises Management about future staffing requirements.
ƒ? Compiles QA/QC project documentation upon completion of the project. This documentation is then prepared in the form of a final QA/QC dossier, which is then submitted to the client for approval / acceptance.

Leads and coordinates quality related activities through the assigned projects and phases. Develops and tailors to individual project needs the Quality Management Requirement in the line with International Standards. Performs Quality Management evaluations of Contracts & Vendors. Reviews and approves the development of Contractor & Consultant Project Quality Plan, ensuring that project quality systems and related procedures preventively address the Assurance of Quality in the design function, procurement area and construction activity. Reviews and evaluates the contractors document control systems and designs the additional elements required for company?¦s system to meet the requirements of Project Management Consultant Teams and ensures their implementation throughout the project with other discipline engineers.
