As an Accounting/Finance Contractor for several contractual employment agencies these last seven years at their client sites, i.e.: E & D Drilling, Valero Energy, USAA (IMCO), Federal Savings Bank and Insurance Company, Yanaguana Cruises, Tesoro Petroleum, HEB Corporate, SBC and La Quinta Inns, along with the Accounting/Auditing Technician positions I held at AFC Enterprises, E.K. Williams, Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), I
have gained considerable experience in a wide spectrum of accounting and various financial management activities. Specifically, I have:

§ Been responsible for the preparation, analysis and review of financial statements
§ Conducted external audits of various financial statements/reports/activities
§ Worked with asset management duties to include contracting, market feasibility analysis, asset listings and asset disposition based on real time market values.

Also, my experience in public/private accounting has provided me with the opportunity to work with various types of accounting reporting methods. Including, working with Federal (GAO) auditors in retrieving data based on their findings within their resolutions. I have also worked as a former supervisor in various accounting environments with a staff of up to 5 employees. This duty was accomplished by motivating employees of the vision or mission statement the company may hold especially in the meeting of deadlines and taking on new task(s) as scheduled by upper management. My recent software experience is competitive in today’s office environment especially in the setting up of financial spreadsheets utilizing MS Excel and business correspondence on WordPerfect. Able to multi-task daily routines and any upcoming projects, as well as having the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, whether I work independently or in a team environment. I am very confident that my statistical ability, financial knowledge exceed expectancies
of most persons. Presentations to corporate and customer management teams on project status have been professionally accomplished with positive results during this period.
