Being an Instrumentation Engineer working over 9 years in Oil & Gas Industries, Refineries and Petrochemical sector in Gulf region, I built up Good Communication skills, Man management, and gained knowledge in standard specifications and procedures.

• As an Instrumentation Engineer, I reported to the Instrumentation Manager and was responsible for all kind of Instrumentation jobs like Supervising and managing Instrument Foremen, technicians and fitters to carry out routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the instruments in Crude Gathering Stations and Booster Stations.
• I was responsible to carry out preventive maintenance of Fire & Gas system, Process control checks, Process safe guarding checks, Flow metering, Preventive maintenance of Ruston TB-5000 Gas Turbines with Dresser Clarke three stage gas compressors, Ruston TA-1750 Gas Turbines and Pumps, Solar CST-3000 & CST-4000 Gas Turbines with Solar three stage gas compressor, Demag Blowers, Atlas Copco air compressor and Instrument air Dryers.
• Personally involved in corrective maintenance like trouble shootings loop checking, by passing loops on DCS Honeywell TDC 3000 & Foxboro I/A. Also involved in calibration and testing of process instruments like, pressure gauges, pressure switches, Temperature gauges, Temperature switches, RTD’s, Thermocouples, Honeywell, Rosemount, Yokogawa and Foxboro smart transmitters for measuring flow, pressure, level and temperature, Rosemount 8800A vortex flow meters and 8700 series magnetic flow meters, Rosemount micro motion, Rosemount, Rosemount & ABB pH and conductivity meters. Fisher and Masoneilan level trolls, Daniel turbine flow meters, Fisher, Masoneilan, Valtek and Gulde control valves and electro pneumatic converters, Fieldvue digital valve controllers, Rotork and Auma MOV’s, Neles Jamesburry, BIFFI and Matryx shut down valves, Bently Nevada 3300 & 3500 vibration system and Enraf 854 tank gauge system.

•Hands-on experience with Budenberg and Ametek dead weight tester, Druck, Rosemount, Beamex and Transcat mA/mV source, pressure calibrators and temperature calibrators, Beamex and Transcat electronic test bench, Ventil valve test bench, Haven Ltd & Druck oil bath temperature calibrator, Druck Unomat and Fluke 712 RTD calibrators, decade resistance box, Fluke and Hewlett-Packard multimeters and oscilloscope, Bently Nevada TK3 Test and Calibration Kit, Fisher-Rosemount 275 & 375 HART communicators, Honeywell SFC, Foxboro HHT and Enraf PET communicators.
