A. My history employment responsibility in Unocal Co Offshore (at Yakin Field) as at
Production Operator until production Supervisor.
I have at 7 years experience as Offshore production operator for Unocal Indonesia Company. For 3 years position in Operator Control Room, 2 years as Panel Operator - with job responsible to production target and trouble shooting production and for last 2 years experience in Supervisor Production with job responsible for make production scheduling & target, coordinate plan operator for plant operation, Coordinator remote operators, keep production cost and make annual plan for material supply and budget and others job from Production Superintendent/ Manager, Responsible to identify and control the abnormal process conditions, manages process operation, well manage the emergency situations, Under the general direction of my Superintendent and Sr. Supervisor, to supervise Plant Operator by directing, coordinating and assisting them, as necessary , the safe and efficient manning operation of the offshore production facilities , i.e.: well separation, power generator, control and auxiliary equipment, and:
- Responsible for the correct and safe operation of the plant under my control .
- Responsible to identify and control the abnormal process conditions, manages process operation, well manage the emergency situations.
- Coordinates daily well testing and reviews the accuracy of well test submitted by remote operators.
- Ascertains necessity for operational changes needed and informs my Superior accordingly.
- Ensure and adjustment of plant operating control to obtain efficient working and required product quality and throughput.
- Responsible for preparation of prescribed production report, up to date and upkeep of plat records and review of log entries.
- Supervise remote operators and helper in MINOR MAINTENANCE of plant and equipment and arranges for, or coordinates preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance by operators.
- Ensure , that all operations and work are carried out in according with safety rules and regulation.
- Create MOC and other related report writing.
- Create Incident report, SAP notification, PM Order and Review PMO

Highest & Second Highest Level of Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering, major in Mechanical Engineering

Professional Certification
Production Operator offshore, level: Basic & advance, PPTMGB/Lemigas
OPLP, Level Operator Utama, Pusdiklat Migas Cepu

Than have at least 11 years experience in Oil & gas Industry (Conocophillips Indonesia - Offshore & Unocal Indonesia) for position Senior Operation Offshore, Operated control system at control room, Crane operator, Inspection surface choke and parts assembly, and handle radio telecommunication, handle trouble shooting loss of power & loss of instrument air, Synchronizing Power Generator, SAP operation, and I having good analytical thinking, highly motivated and ready willing to work in QATAR or Canada or MALAYSIA or others for a control room operator or panel operator or senior production operator to work in offshore or onshore, on 42/42 rotation Offshore or Onshore, I having strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skill. Familiar with PC (Microsoft) Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook, Deal with Mechanical trouble shooting in industry with PLC/DSC/Control Automatic System.
The incumbent responsible to performs and controls process operation activities with the team to meet standard specification product timely, safely and reliable without any accident. He is fully responsible to ensure all process equipment runs smoothly to achieve optimum reliability, define and maintain equipment and process in good operating condition, verify the up set operating process condition and equipment entire facilities.
