Project engineer

MANSOURA Petroleum Co. (Project engineer & QC engineer.):-
• Provide project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Dealing with contractors.
• Responsible for all project activities.
• Reporting to mechanical department manager & projects field manager.
• Cover Pipe line construction and all related activities and tests ( Right of way preparation , Metering , welding , sand plasting and rapping , excavation , lowering , back filling , , Crossing , tie ins , cleaning , hydrostatic test , interpreting radiographic films due to cod API1104 ).
• Wellhead construction (welding, interpreting RT films due to ASME31.3).
• Manifold Construction (welding, interpreting RT films due to ASME31.3).
• Cover all plant piping construction activities ( Pumps , Booster compressors , Vessels , Separators , heaters …..) .
• Receiving pips from Petrojet Suize factory after raping due to prepared and accepted procedure.
• Cover lifting and lowering equipment.
• Interpreting radiographic test according to API 1104 for pipelines and ASME 31.3 for plants.
• Reception of pipeline activities documentations from contractors.
• Attending commissioning for ( Qantra oil and gas plant , LPG project in mansoura , Gas Injection plant in north dikkernis plant ).
• Attending modifications in all plants related to mansoura petroleum)
• Construction and start-up for 12 piplines with diffrent diameter.

Graduation project : multi hole probe ( Redesign, Installing, And Reduction Using Lab view Programming)

•Radiographic testing (RT) level Two accordance with the recommendation of (SNT-TC-1A) 2001 edition {certificate No: RT/WEN/115/2009
