• Responsible for receiving customers and determine the type of service required on the car and write on repair orders.
• Confer with customers about necessary service for routine maintenance work
• Identifying the vehicle problem by questioning the customer about the vehicle's performance, by visual inspection, or by a road test.
• Lodging vehicle's malfunction on the repair order to help the mechanic locate the problem, also advice customers on services available.

 Passed the Hyundai Service Advisor Program (H-SAP) qualification test given by Hyundai Motor Co. (HMC)-Korea last November 27, 2005
