Duties
Responsible for Inspection of Raw Materials According to ESAB Specifications Including Steel Core Wire ,Welding Powder & Binding Materials.
Inspection of the Finished Product Electrodes By Means Of Destructive Testing, Moisture Content Measurement & Visual Inspection of Weld Metal Specimens.

 Practical Experience in Petroleum Projects & Technical Consultations Company (PETROJET) during the graduation year 2003-2004,In the field of Radiographic Inspection of Pressure Vessels & Pipelines as a case study of the graduation project in accordance with (ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code –Section ІХ) and (API 1104, Standard for Welding Pipelines & Related Facilities)

 Summer Training in Egyptian Company for Metallic Constructions (METALCO) In the field
of Ultrasonic Inspection and Liquid Penetrant Testing of weldments in steel structures fabricated in accordance with the international standards (AWS D1.1, Structural welding code-Steel.)

 Familiar with Performing Metallographic Investigations (Macro & Microscopic).
 Awareness of International Steel Designations & Specifications (AISI -SAE –ASTM).
 Excellent Knowledge of Material Behavior During Welding ( Carbon & Mn Steels, Low Alloy Steels , Stainless Steels, Aluminum & Nickel Based Alloys.
 Very Good knowledge of Electric Arc Physics of Welding, Heat Flow in Welding, Distortion & Residual Stresses in Welding.

B.Sc of Metallurgy and Material Science Engineering (MAY 2004).
Faculty of Petroleum & Mining Engineering (Suez Canal University).

Graduation Grade: GOOD with score 70.85 %.
Graduation Project: Nondestructive Inspection of Weldments.
Graduation Project Grade: VERY GOOD with score 83 %.
