* Managed a group of 6 engineers and 2 technicians responsible for developing Board Assembly Process test sets on the following equipment: HP 3070 In-circuit test (ICT), Automated X-Ray Inspection (AXI), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and Javelin Flying-Probe (JFP) in the board factory.Managed the unit as an independent business turning around under absorption and revenue losses into profitability in just one quarter. Brought in revenue of over $1.16 million against a cost infrastructure of $750K in four consecutive quarters.
