As a Construction Manager with National contracting company, in Saudi Arabia. Planned, executed and leading a team of engineers and supervisors in fabrication ,as well as erection of projects like power, oil gas, and refinery projects. Scheduling, Close monitoring, and Control of all the aspects of project implementation, follow-up and Expediting progress and Procurement (if any ) to ensure timely availability of Drawings and Material and avoid Time and Cost over runs. Co ordination with clients/customers at projects. Managing tendering for project bidding for Power plants, overhauling and maintenance projects etc. Completion of projects to time schedules and deadlines, Productivity Analysis and Preparation of Crash Schedules with Resource forecasts, whenever required. .Responsible and involment for certification of Quality ISO:9001 and safety OHSAS:18001.
