Process Operator
• Commissioning, start up and operation of Gas Plant: : Sulphur Recovery Unit;NGL Fractionation UNIT , Water Stripping Plant.Three trains consisting of amine solution absorption process for CO2 and H2S removal , CLAUSS PROCEDURES (thermal reactors), two catalytic reactors ; Deethaniser and Debutaniser. Sour Water Stripper,Surge drum , Air coolers and drain drums, etc.
• Involved in its exploitation, concerned with daily plant operations, inspection of technological equipment.

June 2005 –November 2005:SIRTE OIL COMPANY ATTAHADDY GAS PLANT PROJECT
Senior Field Operator
• Start up and operating of Gas Separation Plant ,capacity 350 mmscfd.Two trains consisting of Product Separator,Condensate Separator,Sandwash system, MDEA absortion process units for CO2 removal,water dehydration unit using glycol package
• Controlling in compliance with scheduled activities and taking properly measures.
• Daily control of all equipment of the Unit, looking for a good seal of system, daily routine jobs.
• Controlling properly running of rotating equipment, checking any leakage etc.
