Piping Engineer to willing to work as design or construction engineer in onshore & offshore projects

Young Mechanical Engineer intends to build a career in piping system design, which will help me to explore myself fully in the field of piping Engineering, and realize my ability and potential.

Job Profile:
Presently working for a WESTERN TANKS AND PIPES PVT LTD oil field construction company as Design Engineer in Sharjah .
Worked with M.E.C PVT Ltd from May-2004 to March-2006 as a Resident Engineer responsible fabrication and erection works in workshops/project sites that include piping and structural fabrication and field erection of fabricated items.

Responsibilities:
„«Designing, planning, estimating & tendering for various pressure vessel, tank farms & mobilizing drawings, materials & affiliated piping for fabrication in the shop floor & to various sites.
„«Plans, Organizes and executes fabrication and erection works in accordance with project schedule and erection sequencing.
„«Identifies material, specification, Inspection requirements and organizes for stage inspection as required.
„«Organizes materials and equipment for upcoming jobs in advance.
„«Prepares daily progress reports and forward to planning department.
„«Receives drawings and schedules and bill of materials checks for correctness and completeness the materials.
„«Supervises fabrication crew.
„« Prepare work schedules of all related activities to ensure smooth operation of the task/project
„«Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with priorities.
„«Ensures all activities carried out by subordinates are performed in accordance with company or client safety rules.
„«Men working are wearing protective clothing and using required safety equipment.
„«Adheres to company policies, procedures, government laws, rules & Regulations and work retirements.

Production Engineer.
Worked as Junior Shift Engineer in the Bar and Rod mill of an Integrated Steel plant, SISCOL, Salem, Tamil Nadu from Oct-2001 to April-2004.
