-Management of Steel Structure section
-Preparing monthly, weekly & daily progress reports to headquarter
-Checking invoices & controlling final account and payment statu
-Attending Monthly Meetings with client's representatives for Project progress
-Surveying Sub-Contractor claims invoices to make final account settlement
-Preparing official letters to vendors for Steel Structure portion
-Regular meetings with site to solve shortage items & check Delivery schedule

2.As a Steel Structure Chief Coordinator & Chief Supervisor in TIJD JV

(April 2005 to January 2006)

Main duties were as below :

-Management of Supervisors & Inspectors in different workshops
-Management of Coordinators and Expeditors in head office
-Supporting Supervisors for any problem about project specifications
-Coordinating between site, head office & vendors/ tracing RUP for
site smoothing progress
-Expediting vendors to progress the job and delivery to site
-Controlling MDR and main QC documents
-Solving Shop Drawing problems regarding workshop reports
