Dec, 2005 to Present: As a Lead Production Technician

ENI Pakistan Limited. Oil/Gas Exploration/Production Company is operating in Sind Province of Pakistan. The company is pumping oil/gas from onshore wells, remove condensate from the gas then gas is treated from any sulfur content in sulfur removal unit. After that CO2 is removed so that it is then acceptable to customer as per standard of company policy & country government.

MY responsibility is the following;

• Maintain good operating environment without any downtime.
• Prepare maintenance repair requests & job lists for shutdown and turnaround of plant.
• Routine monitoring of process parameters & plant performance.
• Maintenance & to keep up to-date plant equipments.
• Prepare start-up & shutdown checklists of equipments.
• Troubleshooting of problems of plant & equipments.
• Conduct safety meeting of shift crew daily before execution of any maintenance job.
• Prepare and write safe operating procedures for plant.
• Participate in daily work schedule & daily unit meeting.
• On the job training & skill improvement.
• Produce JSA for given jobs & assignments.
• To carry-out routine minor maintenance of small equipments.

1-Aug-2005 to 28-Nov-05: as a Production Specialist Wells
Dubai Petroleum Company Offshore Production Operation like; well testing, water injection system, gas lift compressors and central production facilities, Oil & Gas wells, separators, lift gas compressors, Gas turbines, lift gas injection & associated activities. The field I am working has 20 wellhead platforms, 7 gas lift compressors, and water injection pumps.

May-97 to Sep-2005: As a Senior Process Plant Operator
Back End of Ammonia Plant of Fauji Fertilizer Company Pakistan. My responsibility were to look after field operation as well as control room to adjust the plant parameters in safe operating conditions and to lead/guide field operator in routine activities. Overall I worked on Analog control system, DCS (TDC-3000), SCADA panel and PLC based ESD systems.

May-95 to May-97: As an Apprentice Operator
All field posts of Ammonia Synthesis Plant of Fauji Fertilizer Company Pakistan.

Bachelor Degree B.Sc. (Chem. Phy. Math)
Islamia University Bahawal Pur, (Pakistan).

1-Trade Certificate of two years Apprenticeship training as a Process Plant Operator from Technical Training Center of Fauji Fertilizer Company Pakistan.
2-Offshore survival course in – GTSC Abu Dhabi – 2005.
3-Offshore Medical

I have 11 years of sound experience in Oil &Gas and Petrochemical industry in both onshore & offshore Production fields working in a multi-cultural & multi-national company. I am Well Plant & personal safety oriented and safety captain. I also worked in Pre-commissioning & commissioning in Fauji Fertilizer Company Pakistan. I worked also at Offshore Wellhead Platforms in Dubai Petroleum Company. I am an experienced mentor & trained 50 operators/apprentice operators.
