•Coordinated contractors and service providers to follow up operation on multilateral extended reach water injection wells.
•Obtained best Iranian offshore drilling record in supervision era (Drill 615m of horizontal well in 24 hours).
•Complied with PEDCO/ SLB QHSE policies and procedures
•Implemented well programs in a thorough, safe, and efficient manner
•Recorded Lessons Learnt at the well site, documented, and distributed to town.
•Demonstrated technical and engineering competency to the WSS, Engineering Team Leader and Drilling Superintendent.
