Professional Experience

- Working as Manager Human Resources & Logistic Supports, presently based at AlKhobar - Saudi Arabia, where Pride is drilling for ARAMCO in the offshore.
- Hiring, evaluation, promotion of personnel for the office and rigs.
- Responsible for the Training through Aramco Training facilities and nominating crew for professional training through schools in Europe, North America, Philippine ,Egypt, India and Pakistan for Well Control (IWCF) Safety, HUET, Fire Fighting, SCR, First Aid & CPR, Stuck Pipe and many others trainings & courses required by oil companies in accordance with the contract.
- Liaison with school administration for the update and monitoring the progress of delegates.
- Planning, grooming, motivating and counseling personnel to be the potential leaders.
- Manage and control all recruitment activities and monitoring Saudization ratio.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting Monthly / daily Reports on Personnel, Rig census, Man Hours MSR for Safety and Head Counts to Houston and Local office and rig management ,as applicable on timely basis.
- Responsible for submitting the Monthly Time Reports for the preparation of Expatriates salaries and completing PTFs on their Promotion and Trainings.
- Preparing GOSI Report (Saudi Social Security) and updating that before final submission to relevant departments.
- Visa issuance to expatriates and monitoring the status of visa & Residence Permission and its follow ups.
- Responsible for Helicopter arrangement and Helicopter Safety Training through Aramco for the crew and visitors and supervising issuance of ARAMCO Security Passes & cards to crew & visitors.
- Liaison with Insurance company for the Insurance coverage to the staff and equipment and perusing the claims.
- General Administration, Correspondence, Leave Planning and day to day matters relating to Operation and its smooth running.

PRIDE FORASOL - PAKISTAN (1982 to 2001)

- To coordinate with Auditors and Tax Department to resolve Company’s Tax matters.
- Liaison with Board of Investment and Corporate Law Authorities for the Renewal of Branch Office Permission and Permissions for Additional Activities to operate in Pakistan and issuance of work permits.
- Liaison with CBR, Customs and other Government officials for facilitations and supports.
- Attending Bid Opening meetings. Close coordination with Clients and resolving disputes on Logistics and other contractual matters.
- Responsible for Material Management, Shipments, Import & Export formalities and, Custom clearance
- Finalizing the Agreements with Caterer, Contracts and other venders.
- Finalizing contracts with Transporters for the rig moves from one location to another and submitting Rig Move Report (Land Rig)
- Short listing, recruiting and processing documents for manning drilling crew and office staff for different Pride Rigs / Bases in Middle East, Africa and South Asian countries.
- Negotiation with local officials & landowners to acquire permission to mobilize rig & equipments.
- Attending courts on behalf on company against any litigation.
- Supervising HSE and its implementation.
- Facilitation and Protocol for the VIP visits.
- Overall in charge of Administration, HR and its related matters, Correspondence, Shipments and material Clearance& etc.
