Helped the customers establish a dial-up connection, get connected, browse and send/receive mails using their respective mailboxes and MS Outlook Express as the default email client.

Did my graduation in Physics (B.Sc Physics) from Kerala, India in 2002, from Mahatma Gandhi University, with 73%.
