ICT Manager

Seeking leadership role in IT operations and management in a technology driven, professional, creative and challenging environment

• RAMCO ERP configuring , managing and Administration
• SAP ERP Functional expertise in Sales and Distribution, FICO and MM
• Undertakes Information, Communication and Networking Technology (ICNT) systems operations, monitoring, performance management, trend analysis and capacity planning.
• Monitors contractor’s Service Level Performance and ensures required service levels are met. Periodically evaluates the effectiveness and quality of ICNT services being rendered by provider.
• Conceptualise strategic plans and harmonies them with the organization’s macro level plans
• Align resources in line with defined targets and performance estimates.
• Define Budgets / Financial parameters within which operations must be executed
• Works closely with other Specialists (within the Dept.) on issues related to implementation and support of new ICNT services and systems within GAPCO environment.
• Maintaining the upgrades (including Patch Management & Hot Fixes) and Change Management on ICNT systems and associated components.
• Database designing, deployment and administration using different types of Server like MS SQL , Oracle, MySQL
• Designing and deploying websites using different Web server (Apache, Tomcat and IIS )
• Designing and deploying reports using different types of report writers like Marshal and Crystal Reports
• Systems analysis with respect to the business requirement
• Server Consolidation using virtualization e.g. VMWare
• Advising management on cost cutting in communication and implementing the same.
• Teaching and preparing notes on different new technologies
• Develops technical documents in addition to standards, policies and procedures for day to day operation of ICNT systems within GAPCO.
• Acts as the main liaison on GAPCO’s behalf with services delivery contractors and external ICNT services providers.
• Technical training on new technologies.
