• I am working in Poly Propylene Plant Extruder area as panel operator from January 2000 to till date and engaged in manufacturing different types of polymer grades and panel operation.

• I have passed Diploma in Petrochemical technology with first class from M.S. Uni. Baroda, in 1999

Responsibility
• Responsible to watch after complete operation of extruder panel for manufacturing different grads.
Watch after transferring and manufacturing of different chemicals and pellets.
• Maintaining smooth operations of various types of pumps, compressor, blowers, fans, rotary feeders, screw feeders, blenders, screw conveyors and trouble shooting for the same.
• Pump/blowers /compressors chance over and isolation and execution of job for maintenance
• To handover equipments for maintenance adopting all safety measures.

Function
• Worked with for Extruders of W & P make ZSK 300, ZSK350 with melt pump and ZSK 240 with out melt pump.
• Working with distributed control system (DCS) of FOXBORO and EXTRUDER PROCESS CONTROLLER (EPC).
• • Adjusting production quality and quantity as guideline.
• Start up and shut down of all equipment from control room smooth run up of plant.
• To maintain records/log books for the important field readings & panel readings and jobs carried out.
• To watch after Reaction area also.
• Handling magnetic bearing compressor.
• Work with fluidized bed reactor.
• Charging of catalyst, Selectivity control agent.
• Preparing, updating, maintaing and following standard operating and maintenance procedures for all jobs.
• To ensure good house keeping in the plant.
• To ensures dispatch of samples as per sampling schedule.
• Checking the availability of standby equipment.
